The Scientific School of Turbocompressor Engineering of Prof. Y. B. Galerkin in SPbPU - the leading scientific and technological center possessing the most advanced design methods and a highly qualified team of turbochargers - took part in the forum.
The head of the Polytechnic Scientific School Y. B. Galerkin, professor of the Higher School of Electrical Engineering, Doctor of Technical Sciences and honorary employee of the Polytechnic University made a report "Polytechnic Scientific School of Turbocompressor Engineering - scientific potential and world class gas dynamic projects for 2020 generation PPM (PPM - centrifugal compressors) within the framework of the Conference Forum "Compressor Equipment: Industry development prospects under new challenges".
Yu.B. Galerkin noted in his report the historical contribution of the scientific school to the industry, the implemented projects and examples of the most interesting achievements, which created conditions for today's generation of centrifugal compressors-2020.
